Call Badger Liquor to arrange meeting with a Badger Liquor sales representative to discuss our portfolio and services. You will also need to complete a credit application and supply us with a copy of your current state liquor license.
- I am already a Badger Liquor customer. How do I view my account info online?
To view your account info online, please fill out a form to request access. The account owner and/or liquor license holder must be the one to request the initial access. Click here for the form.
- Can I place an order through your web site?
Not at this time. If you have an active account with Badger Liquor, you may place an order with your Sales Representative or with one of our Customer Service Representatives.
We are not able to sell directly to the consumer. You must have an active liquor license in Wisconsin to place an order with Badger Liquor.
- How can I place an order?
First, call your Badger Liquor Sales Representative or your local Badger Liquor office to set up a meeting with your representative. Your sales rep can introduce you to our portfolio and services, as well as explain various ordering options.
- How do I get a license to sell/serve alcohol?
Contact your state's Department of Revenue or Control Board for more information. In Wisconsin, the Department of Revenue's web site is www.dor.state.wi.us
- How do I schedule a promotion at my business?
Ask your sales representative to see what promotions are currently available! We love to promote our products and our customers. We'll help you plan the perfect promotion.
- Where is my order?
Many different factors may affect shipping. Know your delivery days. Not all areas are serviced every day. If your order does not arrive on your delivery day, call your Sales Representative or the Badger Liquor office.
- When is your cut-off time for orders?
Cut-off times vary by branches and divisions. Ask your sales representative for your cut-off time.
- What is my delivery day?
Ask your Sales Representative for your delivery day or call the Badger Liquor office.
- Can I get my order today?
Badger Liquor operates on a next-day delivery schedule. We are not able to provide same day service. If you have a problem, call your sales representative to discuss possible alternatives.
- What areas do you service?
Badger Liquor Company only services Wisconsin. However, some products may not be available in all areas. Check our brand portfolio for more detailed information or contact your local Badger office. See the area map for coverage.
- Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?
Government regulations prohibit us from selling from our warehouse.
- What happens if my check doesn't clear?
If a check is returned for any reason, a hold is placed on your Badger Liquor account. Your account will remain on no-buy status until the monies are accounted for. Your sales representative can explain the procedures specific to your Badger branch.
- How do I get in touch with my sales representative?
All of our sales representatives are equipped with cell phones and/or voicemail. However, should you misplace the number or do not receive a timely response, contact your nearest Badger office.
- Can you help me train my staff about wines and spirits?
Product training is an essential part of the sales process. Our sales staff can conduct staff educations, tastings, and provide you with educational materials to teach your staff about the products they are selling. In addition, our resources section of our website make great hand outs for your staff. Let your representative know how we can help you.
- Do you sample wines?
Some of our products are available for you to sample. Let your sales representative know what products you are interested in.

Your sales representative can help you with this information. Availability may differ between locations.
