Deep notes of bitter chocolate and attractive cedar with mint are the first appearing aromas followed by black fruit and species as rosemary and laurel. In the palate is firm and well balanced, with fresh and sweet notes at the end. Is a long lasting wine plenty of seductive complexity.
Golden yellow, with greenish hue. Rich, intriguing nose with some herb-citrus notes. Marvelous grapefruit in mouth feel. Ripe, nutty, full flavored palate shows lots of fruit character. Very tasty.
Dark violet with ruby reflects. A mineral and herbal touch blended with tobacco and flowers remind the Upper Maipo origin of this wine. Black fruits and dried figs in the nose. In the mouth feels concentrated with soft and juicy tannins combined with fresh fruits and lots of freshness in the mouth.
Hints of natural herbs and grapefruit in the palate. This wine is nicely balanced, rich in fresh flavors, finishing with excellent length and crispness.
Yet again the incredible price of Lucky Duck still impresses us even with this Cabernet. From start to finish this wine is very smooth with a light to medium body. The aroma is of sweet cherry and blackberries.

It has been aged in French oak for one year and had only one soft filtering. Aurelio has added 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon, also from Apalta, to the final blend. Of intense ruby red color, it has a great aroma with floral, tobacco and leathery notes. Strong and full bodied to the palate, with soft and mature tannins. A very long, elegant and satisfying after taste. A superb Syrah.
Montes’ Cherub is a seductive, elegant, dry wine, with an intense cherry-pink color. It is a well-made expression of the grape variety and terroir. On the nose and the palate, it demonstrates a distinctive Syrah character with spiciness and hints of strawberries, rose and orange peel.

A young Merlot with six months american oak ageing. Elegant, refined and a marked fruitiness almost irresistible to Merlot lovers and to those who sample it for the first time. Strong, spicy black pepper, full of harmony and soft to the palate. Aurelio decided to blend 15% Cabernet Sauvignon with this Merlot, to better marry with the oak, and give structure and finesse that will also permit long term ageing.
