This spectacular wine is made with grapes from the farms of Rocca delle Macie. For this wine we blend 90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels for two years, can be cellared for 10-15 years.
This new Chianti Classico, made with grapes from estates situated in the heart of the historical zone of production, has 95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot. The vinification is obtained through maceration of the must for 8-10 days with short and frequent “pumping over” to extract color. It is fantastic with meat and first courses.

A fascinating blend of Grechetto and Procanico grapes, our verdict is 'quite lovely'. Straw yellow in color, the wine is intense and complex on the nose with beautiful notes of bergamot and orange blossom flowers, and a suggestion of sweet spices such as cinnamon. On the palate it is soft and savory, with the aromatic notes returning on the long finish.
