I own and/or manage multiple accounts. Can I see each of my accounts when I log in?

Yes. All of your accounts can be set up and viewed with your (1) login (your email address) and password. Upon logging in, your accounts will be listed underneath your Dashboard. Click the account that you want to see. You can then search invoices, lists, sales reps etc. To view another account, simply click the name of the next account that you'd like to view.

** In order to see all your accounts, you will need to use 1 email per contact person.

 I have multiple accounts set up. How do I know which account I am viewing?

Click the account that you would like to view. You will notice after doing so, the account that you clicked will be displayed under where it says CURRENT ACCOUNT.

 How do I set up another User?

After accessing your account, click Manager Users. Halfway down the page, you will see any Users associated with your account. Click Add Users to add additional Users to your account. Your new User will need their own email address.

 What is the difference between a User and a User Manager?

User: A User can be given basic access: allowing them to View Reps, View Lists as well as FAQ and Help features.  The maximum access includes the ability to View Invoices.

User Manager: The User Manager can setup other users within the account. The User Manager has full access to View Invoices, View Reps and View Lists, FAQ and Help features.

 What features does the User Manager have access to?

The User Manager can setup other users within the account. There can be more than one User Manager on an account.

When setting up another user via the website, the User Manager assigns the level of access. The minimum access allows the user to View Reps and View Lists as well as FAQ and Help features. The maximum access includes the ability to View Invoices.

 How can I set up another User Manager for my account?

While there can be more than one User Manager at an account, you will be unable to set up another User Manager via the website for security purposes.

If you would like to do this, please contact Jessica Fix, 414.546.5339, or at jfix@badgerliquor.com and this can be set up for you. Only the User Manager can ask for this access to be granted to another user.

 I don't see an open invoice that I am looking for, where can I find it?

Uncheck the box to view All Invoices. You may search Open Invoices for any date. Closed Invoices will only be available for 60 days.

 Can I search for a closed invoice?

Yes, just change the start date to display an earlier date. However, your closed invoices only remain available for searching for 60 days.

Note: All open invoices are searchable as long as they remain open.

 How do I view an invoice in greater item detail?

To view an invoice in greater item detail, click the invoice number in Red. The invoice will open at the bottom of the screen; please scroll down to view.

Use these online invoices as a reference only. Always pay open invoices from the hard copy provided to you at the time of delivery.
 

 I paid my invoice, but I don't see the payment reflected on the invoice yet

Payments take at least 1 business day to post to your account from the time they are processed during normal business hours. There are a few factors that can increase that time. Pending when the check is received at the Badger Liquor office (via your sales rep or mail), when the check was processed, etc.

 Can I sort invoices?

Yes, you can sort by Invoice Date, Invoice No. and Order/Sub No. The sortable columns are in Red. Click a column and an arrow will appear. The Up arrow displays the earliest invoice to the latest invoice. The Down arrow displays the latest invoice to the earliest invoice.

 How do I use the View Lists feature?

As you are browsing our site, you can "bookmark" those products that you wish to order in the future. We will retain your lists indefinitely unless you or another logged in employee deletes it.

Once you are logged in, every product detail page will have an "Add to List" link. Upon clicking this link, you will see another window open. There, you can add the product to an existing list or add it to a brand new list.

 How do I know which region my account is under: Badger North, South or West?

If you are unsure which region your accounts falls under, click on Manage Users and your Account Info will come up.  Account name, address, contact name, account number and to the right of that- Badger North, South or West.
