Cabana Cachaça is a double distilled cane spirit from Brazil. The spirit spends up to nine months mellowing at the distillery outside Sao Paulo in Brazilian Jequitibá wooden barrels before being distilled again and bottled. The sugar cane is grown on the same plantation where the distillation, maturing and bottling operations take place. It mixes well with lime and sugar to produce the national drink of Brazil, the caipirinha.
