Ansac Cognac is made from grapes grown in the Petite Champagne and Fins Bois regions, two of the premier growing areas within the Charente department of Cognac. A product of Unicognac, one of France's leading Cognac houses.
Courvoisier 12 showcases Borderies, the smallest, most exclusive cru in the region, with notes of violets, orange blossoms that quickly meld into spicy tones: clove, ginger and star anise. Finally notes of delicate vanilla complete the aromatic harmony.
Courvoisier 21 showcases Grande Champagne- the most prestigious of the crus. They are very smooth and long in the mouth, with notes of dried fruits like hazelnut and apricots, cocoa, honey and smooth spices like white pepper and coriander. The finish brings subtle notes of leather and fine cigar box.

In 1765, Richard Hennessy settled in Cognac where he found the House which bears his name. Over the centuries, his descendants have built up the wold’s largest reserves of aged eaux-de-vie. Hennessy VS is a blend of more than 40 eaux de vie from the four premier growing areas of the cognac region. Hennessy VS displays a beautifully bright golden color. X.O is blended from more than 100 eaux de vie specially selected from the four premier growing areas. Some of the eaux de vie used in the blend have been aging in the Hennessy warehouses since the early part of this century. Rich, full-bodied and complex, X.O combines the spicy aromas of oak and leather with the sweeter essences of flowers and ripe fruit. Well-balanced, the initial flourish is dominated by the powerful suggestion of pepper and rancio, which testify to the long years it has spent being aged. Complex and long-lasting.
