Beverage Testing Institute: RATED: 87 points (Highly Recommended) - Clear. Soft perfume, lilac, anise, and mineral/slate nose. Tight, firm texture. Medium-bodied. Fairly bold palate with a grappa-like character of stone, aromatics, and spice. Very concentrated, with good depth and a mild dose of heat to build intensity.
