Nose: Very distinctive, clean, oaky peatiness. This character is in the background throughout. Palate: Flowery. Fudgy. Toffeeish. Nutty. Very soft, restrained, spiciness. Then toasty and peaty. Finish: Firm, clean (almost crisp), peatiness. Then long, very soft, spicy and remarkably warming.
