DESCRIPTION
Local barley is still malted and carefully dried at the distillery. The distillery is the only one in Scotland malting all its own barley using its own on-site Saladin and drum maltings. Smooth, Sweet richly fruity and rounded; just the right balance of complexity with plenty of rich, sweet flavor and a clean finish.
