Called “Rye One,” it’s the ¬ first ultra-premium rye offered by Beam Global Spirits & Wine. Bottled at 92 proof it is aged for a minimum of 4 ½ years. Color: Deep, rich honey color tinged with gold. Peppery and warm, ¬ firey on the edges of the tongue; honey flecked with pepper going down. Finish is medium-long.
