farmed” fruit from the Sierra Foothills provides the depth and complexity which really
rounds out the flavor profile.

We selected the very best grapes from Old Zinfandel vines, some up to 80 years old, just south of the Lodi's Fish Net Creek. Never heard of it? Well its more common name is Mokelumne River, which in the Miwok Indian language means "the place of the fish people". Here sandy soils help grapevines live to a ripe old age, producing small gapes of intense spicy black pepper and raspberry flavors. To make a good thing even better, we age this wine for 15 months in oak barrels.
Rich, spicy layers of ripe black cherry, wild berry and pepper. From the deep, highly extracted color to the soft, velvety finish, the wine shows beautiful integration and fruit expression.
