DESCRIPTION

Blend: 50% Petite Sirah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 10% Zinfandel. Aromas of currant, clove, and vanilla lead into bright, fruit flavors of blackberry on the palate. The spicy finish is soft and long with hints of leather and tobacco. Bold and lusciously fruity, the backbone of Petite Sirah gives this blend fantastic depth and structure. Black pepper-crusted filet mignon with goat cheese or grilled artichoke with tarragon aioli.

Pairings

Meat:
 mesquite grilled steak, roast duck, lamb, pot roast, rabbit, sweetbreads with mushrooms.

 mustard sauce, rich or robust sauce.
