Our small-production vineyard-designate wine showcases the exceptional fruit harvested from the exclusive Lewelling Vineyard. It’s extraordinarily balanced, with rich, layered flavors and a long, sumptuous finish. The Folie à Deux Lewelling Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was handcrafted in the Folie à Deux winery located in Oakville, Callifornia. The wine underwent rack and return with sead removal, followed by a 14 day maceration. Aged entirely in French oak barrel, the wine completed 100% malolactic fermentation.

Cabernet Sauvignon became internationally recognized through its prominence in Bordeaux wines where it is often blended with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. From France, the grape spread across Europe and to the New World where it found new homes in places like California's Napa Valley, Australia's Coonawarra region and Chile's Maipo Valley.
