A intense, aromatic, full-bodied wine with a velvety texture. This wine is recommended to be served with red meat, pasta dishes and strong cheese (particularly blue cheese). This wine is made from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our vineyards located in the famous area of Barrancas (called First Zone). After harvesting the raw material in its ripeness, it is milled and fermented with adequate maceration, the necessary time, to achieve the required quality, at appropriate temperature. Once the fermentation process is finished, the wine is aged in oak barrels the necessary time. After this, the different wines are blended; the wine is then bottled and stored until it acquires the desired organoleptic characteristics.
