DESCRIPTION

A uniquely Australian blend, Shiraz provides layers of ripe plum and dark chocolate while the mint and blackcurrant of Cabernet Sauvignon combine to create a wine of great balance and flavor. Established premium Shiraz (75%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) vineyards dotted throughout the Barossa. Beautifully complementary with Steak & Guinness Pie, rare roast beef or a mature Cheddar.
