Varietal

Sake, also known as rice wine, is a Japanese alcoholic beverage fermented from rice.  it is the output of a brewing process similar to beer.  It is not carbonated and has a flavor that is closer to wine than it is to beer.  The alcohol level is typically between 15-17%.  Sake is free of sulfites; premium sake is free of preservatives and additives.
