DESCRIPTION
Sensory profile: straw yellow in color, on the nose it is fresh and fragrant with scents of cherry, elder and fruity apple tones. In the mouth it is lively, dry, and long lasting with apple scents. Food pairings: local dishes such as the “soppressa di Verona”, first courses based on pasta with vegetables and meat sauce. It goes very well with raw fish, oysters and shellfish, also with baked and grilled fish. It is excellent as an aperitiv. Garganega 90%,Trebbiano di Soave 10%.
