Clyde May's is an Alabama-style whiskey made in Kentucky. Made with a bourbon mashbill of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley, this is aged for five to six years in charred American oak barrels. The Alabama-style comes from the addition of dried apple slices, resulting in hints of apple and cinnamon.
Clyde May was the most famous moonshiner in Alabama after World War II. Find out what makes "Alabama Style" different.
