This bourbon is based on a Southern family moonshine heritage enhanced with glacial water from the Cascade Mountains. It is then aged in American oak casks making the flavor even more noteworthy. Aromatics upon first impression feature dried dark fruits, full barley notes, leather, apricots, and slight citrus, with barrel char and light vanilla notes. It has a nice drying finish that is quite long with slight lingering.
J.T.S Brown is a youthful whiskey. The nose is big and sweet with caramel corn, candy corn, dark red fruits, vanilla and toffee. The taste holds a bit of a burn with dark cherry and anise. The finish is lengthy with dominate spice.
