Bombay is made in accordance with a time-honoured recipe established in 1761. The heart of this distinctive dry gin is its unique distillation process, called vapour infusion. Unlike some gins, that boil the botanicals together with spirit, Bombay distills its pure grain spirit alone. The spirit vapour from this distillation gently passes through a copper basket containing eight carefully selected botanicals. Through this process, Bombay acquires a subtle, full flavor taste making it a well rounded and distinctive dry gin.
