An excellent example of the modern style Shiraz that exhibits generous body and flavor. The bouquet gives plenty of plum and dark berry fruit characters with a hint of oak and varietal spice. The rich, soft palate is complexed by soft tannins and a fine oak character. The complex varietal character and soft oak tannin, distinguishes this wine and ensures it is extremely approachable in its youth.

On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with intense blackberry and dark cherry flavors, plus soft tannins. Fruit for this luscious Shiraz was harvested from premium districts in Southeastern Australia, notably McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley. Aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

This medium bodied blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon boasts ripe plum and berry fruit flavors, soft tannins and subtle oak. One of the favorites at our place, we enjoy it with red meat, chicken, pasta and matured cheeses.
A blend of 53% Shiraz and 47% Cabernet, this wine is a modern style exhibiting generous body and fruit flavor. The bouquet gives plenty of spicy plum characters from the Shiraz fruit with the Cabernet contributing rich blackcurrant and mint aromas. The palate of this medium bodied wine is rich and soft, complexed with subtle oak flavors and a soft tannin finish.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark ruby color with a fresh red bell pepper nose with hints of juicy red cherries and soft background tannins.
