Light straw color, with a simple, unassuming bouquet of citrus and vanilla. Light and clean, with a nice finish.
A soft, delicate pink wine with subtle hints of peach, rose petal and pepper on the nose. A surprisingly complex wine, with intriguing notes of raspberry, cherry and black olive.
Almost black with reddish hues. The nose is both complex and intense, of black plum, china ink, blood orange and hints of pencil lead. A very fresh and vibrant wine with flavors of blueberry, boysenberry liquor and garrigue, underlined by hints of toast and cocoa. It is framed by refined tannins and good acidity.
80% Clairette 20% Roussanne. Intense floral aromas with scents of peach and melon with herbal and mineral notes. This is a complex, crisp and well-balanced wine with flavors of stone fruit, citrus and pear. A food-friendly wine which perfectly matches grilled lamb, pork and assorted cheeses.
A superb deep black cherry. Complex and elegant with notes of spices, violets and black fruit and vanilla. Powerful, structured notes of black fruit, herbs, white pepper and blueberry. Delicious with game such as duck, hare or pigeon but also perfect with a roasted entrecote steak.
This medium-bodied Pinot Noir has dried cherry fruit, light spicy notes and an earthy finish with moderate oak and tannins. Pair this with roast pork, bistro cuisine or beef casserole.
At first the nose reveals the sweet, gentle notes of chestnut, coconut and fresh bread. This biscuity side to the wine very quickly gives way to the aromas of flowers (iris, lily-of-the valley and the flowers of Seville orange trees) and citrus fruits (bergamot and citron). Just beneath the surface several mineral (wet rock and flint) and iodised saline notes make an appearance. On the palate this vintage is initially direct but silky, sustained by mineral notes. The ephemeral nature of the Dom Ruinart is then revealed through citrus fruit freshness with touches of gentian. The very long finish is characterized by grapefruit and kumquat zest notes with just the slightest hints of salinity.
The color is an elegant golden straw yellow with amber highlights. Its aromas reveal an exotic fruitiness yellow peach, plum, pineapple and honey with floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is seductive and generous, combining intensity with roundness, fullness with suppleness, followed by a lively crisp finish to reveal the magical balance of champagne.
At first sight, a subtle yellow gold color highlighting a reserved finesse. On the nose: there are notes of citrus, plum, liquid honey and brioche. On the palate: fresh summer fruits, surprising red grapefruit along with candied peel, roast chestnut and caramelized apple tart.
Creamy, with caramel tones in the flavor spectrum, along with apricot, grapefruit and a touch of mineral. The mousse is assertive, helped along by a chalky feel on the finish.
