This LVE Rosé is a brilliant, pale pink color. It exudes fruitiness and elegance. The grapes from sandstone soils bring out the fruitiness and the grapes grown on vineyards with rounded pebbles bring a richness and elegance to the wine. The nose is aromatic with delicate notes of peach blossom, raspberry and apricot. On the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant, lengthy and a mineral finish.
The pink color of our LVE Rosé French Sparkling is reminiscent of a vineyard peach. With a fruity nose, blending notes of citrus and small red fruits, the bubbles are soft and pleasant. Its well-balanced with voluptuousness and hints of red currents and pomelos, complemented by a nice acidity on the finish.
P. Bouchard represents the 5th generation of the family; he was a charismatic character who offered an international destiny to the House, but also to the entire region and its wines. This range was named after him, to celebrate his beliefs and actions as Great Councillor (Grand Conseiller). Cherry red colour with ruby reflections. Aromas of Griotte cherry and stewed berry fruit. Oaky, toasted hints, with a touch of liquorice and smoke. Rich, fruity, ample and silky. The mouth develops toasted and grilled flavors. A finish with fine, spicy and silky tannins for a well-balanced structure.

This 100% Chardonnay is fermented in wooden vats and matured in oak barrels. The Premier Cru Le Porusot covers about 10 hectares and enjoys a south-eastern exposure, which is perfect for a maximum amount of sunlight. The name Porusot comes from the very nature of the soil; indeed, the word is a regional way of naming a place covered with rocks. It is the diminutive of Porroux which finds its origin in the latin word Petrosa (stony place).
