This cabernet franc has grassy aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass lead to a luscious mouth-full of dark red fruit and delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish.
This Petit Verdot is a fresh wine with xtremely expressive aromas of violets and bananas with dark cherry and leather. An explosion of fruit and powerful mouth-feel with strong tannins and spicy notes, and an extra long finish.
Intense cherry colour with purple hints. On the nose, fruit sensations (blackberries, blueberries, black fruits) dominate the perfectly integrated tones conveyed by aging in wood barrels that provide sensations of cedar and tobacco. It is serious and lively on the mouth with power and a great balance; broad and flavoursome combining fruity freshness and the elegant structure of a wine that is suitable for aging.
Ripe berry aromas are matched by hefty oak-based scents of lemon, vanilla and toast. In the mouth, this is chunky and obtuse, with a blocky overall feel. Prune, blackberry and oaky toast flavors are grapy and a bit soft on a chunky finish.
Finca Nueva Reserva is a red wine from the D.O. Rioja made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is manual and the wine ferments for 20 days. It is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels from Allier. Finally it is bottled without being filtered or clarified.
With aromas of dark berries and cherry and notes of vanilla and cola, this Rioja is complex and smooth. Blackberry and black cherry flavors lead to a spicy finish, a touch of mocha, and very good length.
Golden yellow, lemony colour that is absolutely clear. Elegant and subtle on the nose with hints of citric fruits (grapefruit) and stone fruit (peach and greengage). Balsamic hints. Greasy, sticky, full-flavoured on the mouth with a noticeable body and great lightness.
Cava Emendis Brut has a pale aspect with gold and emerald nuances and exhibits a delicate string of fine bubbles with a homogenous corona. It has a primary nose of soft woody tones with citrus notes, memories of bay-leaf and a lingering finish of sweet orange. To the palate presents a fine acidity with soft bubbles of good duration. In the mouth it is rounded and elegant exhibiting velvety memories of sweet fruits and leaving a light aftertaste of raw almond.
Cava Emendis Brut Rosé, has an agreeable cherry colour with nuances of bright salmon; it has a fine bright stream of bubbles forming a true corona. The nose is rich with aromas of wild fruits and redcurrant. It hints at a light, reduced maturation producing a great elegance. On the palate it begins as slightly piquant with spicy notes. The fine and enduring bubbles are well accompanied by a balanced acidity. It leaves a toasty memory and a generous, sweet finish.
