Celeste is an opulent wine brimming with fruit, body and color: as unique as the night sky in the Ribera del Duero. Intense blackberry color. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.
Intense cherry colour with purple hints. On the nose, fruit sensations (blackberries, blueberries, black fruits) dominate the perfectly integrated tones conveyed by aging in wood barrels that provide sensations of cedar and tobacco. It is serious and lively on the mouth with power and a great balance; broad and flavoursome combining fruity freshness and the elegant structure of a wine that is suitable for aging.
Ruby-red color with a golden rim. Bright and deep. Complex aromas. There is a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the wood (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut). The nose is further enriched by the aromas that develop during bottle ageing. Smooth and balanced on the palate with a full, elegant feel and a long, lingering finish.
Exquisite pink wine Finca Nueva, Rosado is made of equal parts of two grape varieties - Tempranillo and Garnacha grown on clay and lime and gravel lands of Rioja. The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of October and is carefully selected. Then the berries are sent to the neutral container for a 20-day fermentation.
Finca Nueva Reserva is a red wine from the D.O. Rioja made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is manual and the wine ferments for 20 days. It is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels from Allier. Finally it is bottled without being filtered or clarified.
Deep and vivid in color. Intensely fruity with notes of cherry jam, it also displays herbaceous aromas of tobacco leaf with undertones of toasted oak. A velvety palate with soft yet firm tannins and generous ripe fruit flavors. The long finish reveals creamy notes. Ideal with red meats, creamy cheeses and traditional paellas. Serve at 63-64°F.
Deep red cherry color. On the nose it reveals notes of black ripened fruits and spicy aromas (cocoa and nutmeg) from the wood. Silky entrance in the mouth with pleasant tannins. Long and spicy aftertaste.
Garnet cherry-red in color with aromas of stewed fruit, wood, and spicy nuances. A lot of character and a long finish.
Ripe berry aromas are matched by hefty oak-based scents of lemon, vanilla and toast. In the mouth, this is chunky and obtuse, with a blocky overall feel. Prune, blackberry and oaky toast flavors are grapy and a bit soft on a chunky finish.
