A blend of 53% Shiraz and 47% Cabernet, this wine is a modern style exhibiting generous body and fruit flavor. The bouquet gives plenty of spicy plum characters from the Shiraz fruit with the Cabernet contributing rich blackcurrant and mint aromas. The palate of this medium bodied wine is rich and soft, complexed with subtle oak flavors and a soft tannin finish.
This medium bodied blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon boasts ripe plum and berry fruit flavors, soft tannins and subtle oak. One of the favorites at our place, we enjoy it with red meat, chicken, pasta and matured cheeses.

From the fine Italian Vineyards comes Rosatello Rosso, a refreshing red wine with sweet notes of juicy cherries, ripe strawberries and watermelon. Serve chilled.
48% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot. Presents floral aromas of fresh cut roses, and beautifully ripe strawberries. On the palate soft, velvety, structured tannins make way for rich plum and candied cherries with nutmeg and black licorice undertones. A vibrant acidity prolongs the finish with lingering notes of sweet cedar and tobacco.
The blend sees Cabernet Franc (77%), Merlot and a very small part of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine glides smoothly over the palate with the perfect balance of extraction, glycerin, residual sugar and acidity. The aromas span the spectrum, from bright cherry to dark chocolate.
This red blend is the younger version of amarone with a zinfandel-like jamminess. The term ripasso refers to the Italian language verb ripassare. That is, to pass over or do something again. The newly fermented Rock Ripasso Wine is added to the Amarone pomace, which is the pulpy mass of seeds and skins leftover after the Amarone has fermented.
This wine comes from the Symington familys Douro Valley vineyards in Northern Portugal, and in particular from those which traditionally supply the House of Dows, one of the familys premier Port marques. The grapes are principally sourced from Dows Bomfim and Senhora da Ribeira vineyards, as well as from other vineyards, which have long supplied the company. The grape variety mix is: 30% Tinta Barroca, 25% Touriga Nacional, 25% Touriga Franca, 15 Tinta Roriz and 5% Tinto Cão.
