40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 30% Syrah. A brilliant peony red in color, the wine is rich and intense in aroma with fragrant notes of ripe red fruit, principally cherries, along with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is tasty, savory, and persistent with a pleasurably fruity finish and aftertaste.
A blend of 53% Shiraz and 47% Cabernet, this wine is a modern style exhibiting generous body and fruit flavor. The bouquet gives plenty of spicy plum characters from the Shiraz fruit with the Cabernet contributing rich blackcurrant and mint aromas. The palate of this medium bodied wine is rich and soft, complexed with subtle oak flavors and a soft tannin finish.
This medium bodied blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon boasts ripe plum and berry fruit flavors, soft tannins and subtle oak. One of the favorites at our place, we enjoy it with red meat, chicken, pasta and matured cheeses.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Deep ruby red. Aromas of wild berries mingle with scents of macerated black cherries, leather, earth, cacao and mineral notes. Full-bodied, vibrant and concentrated with a remarkably deep and dense tannic structure, yet elegant at the same time. Aromas carry through to the palate, where they combine with spicy and balsamic notes.
Sangiovese and Syrah. Brilliant ruby red color. Red fruit aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Taste is a succulent, supple well-structured palate with a silky smooth finish.
Negroamaro, Primitivo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense ruby red color. Scents of red fruits and black-cherry with light spicy notes of liquorice. Soft, sapid flavor with balanced acidity, justly tannic.
