Baker's 107 proof, seven-year-old bourbon is made using a special recipe created by Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam. Baker's is silky smooth, aromatic and flavorful with the unmistakable hint of vanilla. Deep amber, with a copper cast. Full-bodied. Citrus, roasted nuts, sea air, cedar. Rich, full texture. A rush of deep flavors attack the palate accompanied by a good dose of heat. Quite complex with a peculiar, refreshing note in the middle. Sensational aromatics never cease.
