Only the finest barrels are selected to become our Steeple Ridge Single Barrel Bourbon. Each batch is made from Estate Grains grown by the distillery itself. Only the finest portion of the Hearts Cut makes it into these bottles. It is polished and matured in small charred American White Oak Barrels, and bottled at 102 Proof. Taste the notes of cherry, vanilla, toffee, and just a touch of nuttiness to round out the flavor. Each bottle is hand signed with its own barrel and bottle number; there are no two alike.
