This Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon is born of grapes from several of Sonoma County’s family-owned vineyards. The 2020 Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect representation of the quality for which we’ve become known. With varietals like Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc making up 10% of this wine, this strikes an uncommon balance of boldness, richness and elegance that makes it an Ammunition wine. The backbone of this Cabernet Sauvignon was traditionally fermented then matured in 50% new French Oak. Tasting notes of blackberry, black cherry, baking spice and vanilla notes. Pairs well with steak or any grilled meat.
