Bravium Wiley Vineyard Pinot Noir

Description

This elegant wine is a study in balance and complexity. 30% whole clusters were included in small stainless steel fermenters, with each vineyard block being fermented separately. Ruby red color with exotic aromas of lilac, rose petals, Asian spice, and soil. Red and blue fruits dominate the flavors, joined by mandarin orange notes on the slightly chalky finish. The Wiley Vineyard bottling is accessible today, yet it will age gracefully.
