Description
Vacqueyras is one of the newest Rhone appellations, having been promoted to its own AOC status from Cotes du Rhone-Villages in 1990 as one of the 5 crus of the Southern Rhone region. The red wine from this region typically has firm structure, with a good measure of fruit, a hint of spice and a certain finesse.
