Dos Deus Red Vermouth

Description

The small, craft cellar where Dos Déus Origins vermouth is produced is in the center of the Priorat wine area in Spain. Priorat has been linked to wine since ancient times and nowadays it is one of the most recognized wine regions in the country. Locally sourced sourced blend of of Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada, flavored with more than 30 natural herbs and spices, are left to macerate individually until all the flavors and aromas are extracted. Then it is left to mature in Sherry and Priorat barrels for 6 months.
