Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin: Aviation Gin or Tanqueray 10 Gin
  • .5 oz St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz Sparkling Wine: Campo Viejo Cava, Ruinart Brut Rosé Champagne or Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except Sparkling Wine in shaker with ice
  2. Strain into champagne flute or coupe glass and top with Sparkling Wine
  3. Garnish with fresh rosemary
