
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin: Aviation Gin or Tanqueray 10 Gin
- .5 oz St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine: Campo Viejo Cava, Ruinart Brut Rosé Champagne or Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except Sparkling Wine in shaker with ice
- Strain into champagne flute or coupe glass and top with Sparkling Wine
- Garnish with fresh rosemary
