Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz of Midori Liqueur
  • ½ oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice or Real Pineapple Puree
  • 1 oz Dry sparkling wine, try Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 cherry for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine and garnish in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake for a few seconds just to combine ingredients
  3. Pour in a rocks glass filled with ice
  4. Top with sparkling wine
  5. Garnish with a cherry
