Charton et Trebuchet Chablis

Description

Bright pale yellow in color. On the nose it opens with white fruits with a nice minerality offering complexity. The palate is well-balanced and the finish is lemon flavored and fresh. Perfect with hot oysters or fish in sauce, but also with white meats, sushi and soft cheeses.
