Bright and vibrant magenta in color. Aromas of red cherry, red rose petal and pomegranate. Flavors of raspberry and cinnamon red hots. Soft tannin with a round and supple mouth feel. Thoughtfully selected blocks within the estate's vineyards were completely destemmed, managed solely by hand throughout fermentation and subsequently raised in completely neutral barrels for a succinct chapter of élevage. The outcome of those collective circumstances is a wine with tremendous purity, showcasing the unbridled energy and vibrancy of our Sta. Rita Hills.
