The Penelope Black Walnut Old Fashioned is made with straight bourbon and rye whiskey, black walnut bitters, and vanilla demerara. This is a modern take on a classic cocktail. Delicious and always ready to pour. Aromas of warm vanilla, maple, allspice, and cocoa. On the palate there's fresh brown sugar leading way to slight allspice, cinnamon and lingering vanilla. The finish is velvety toffee, hints of nut and lingering caramel.
