Benvolio Rosso is a vibrant, fruit-forward red blend crafted from select vineyards in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeast Italy. Grown in sun-drenched, south-facing sites with gravelly, well-drained soils, the grapes develop rich color, balanced structure, and expressive fruit character. Cold soaked and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, this light-bodied wine reveals aromas of violet, cherry, and raspberry with subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, bright red fruit flavors are complemented by a hint of spice and a smooth, lingering finish, gently softened by minimal aging in second-use oak.
