Ingredients

  • 2 oz Ghost Blanco Tequila
  • 1 Slice (chopped) Red Bell Pepper
  • 4-5 Cilantro Leaves
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Agave Syrup
  • Garnish: Red Bell Pepper Slice, Lime Wheel, Cilantro

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, muddle the red bell pepper and cilantro
  2. Measure and pour the rest of the ingredients
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and cap. Shake vigorously
  4. Double-strain the mix over fresh ice into a rock glass
  5. Garnish with red pepper, lime and cilantro
