
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ghost Blanco Tequila
- 1 Slice (chopped) Red Bell Pepper
- 4-5 Cilantro Leaves
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Agave Syrup
- Garnish: Red Bell Pepper Slice, Lime Wheel, Cilantro
Preparation
- In a shaker, muddle the red bell pepper and cilantro
- Measure and pour the rest of the ingredients
- Fill the shaker with ice and cap. Shake vigorously
- Double-strain the mix over fresh ice into a rock glass
- Garnish with red pepper, lime and cilantro
