Barrel-fermented and aged for ten months in neutral oak using only indigenous yeasts, the vins clairs develop depth and character before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. The result is an elegant, full-bodied sparkling wine with a refined bouquet of white peach, macadamia nut, and fresh-baked bread, layered with subtle notes of dried flowers, soil, and a touch of buttery oak. Crisp and focused on the palate, it delivers a vibrant core of fruit, fine mousse, and a long, complex finish—an exceptional sparkler that’s delicious now but will reward additional time in the cellar.
