Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila
  • 1.5 oz Novella Limoncello
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Thyme Syrup (recipe below) or Simple Syrup
  • Barsmith Dehydrated Lemon Wheel for garnish

Preparation

  1. To create the Thyme Syrup: Makes 1L – Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan then add 2 cups of white granulated sugar. Lower heat to a simmer and stir until fully dissolved. Add a handful of thyme, stir and simmer for 8 – 10 min. then let cool. Once cool, fine strain syrup into a glass container with lid and refrigerate. Good for 2 – 3 weeks if stored properly.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker
  3. Add ice, shake vigorously
  4. Strain into a small coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel
