
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- .5 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Passionfruit Syrup, try Passion Reàl
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Raspberry Dust (rim)
- Side Serve: 1.5 oz Shot of Moët & Chandon Brut
Preparation
- Combine bourbon, mezcal, lemon juice, and vanilla-passionfruit syrup in a shaker
- Add ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
- Rim or float the top with vibrant raspberry powder
- Serve with a chilled 1.5 oz shot of Moët & Chandon on the side
