Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • .5 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Passionfruit Syrup, try Passion Reàl
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Raspberry Dust (rim)
  • Side Serve: 1.5 oz Shot of Moët & Chandon Brut

Preparation

  1. Combine bourbon, mezcal, lemon juice, and vanilla-passionfruit syrup in a shaker
  2. Add ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
  3. Rim or float the top with vibrant raspberry powder
  4. Serve with a chilled 1.5 oz shot of Moët & Chandon on the side
