Burn 01 was inspired by a true piece of Bronco history — decommissioned NASA liquid oxygen rocket tanks salvaged by John Franzia over 55 years ago and repurposed for sparkling wine production. Reintroduced to Bronco in the 1990s by Paul Franzia, this legacy of innovation sparked the creation of Burn 01: an “out of this world” sparkling wine crafted for sipping chilled or mixing into spritzes.
