Orphan Barrel Night Sage is a 25-year-old blended Canadian whisky drawn from barrels that have been maturing quietly for a quarter century, producing the butterscotch, vanilla, and toasted oak complexity that extended Canadian whisky aging develops, with brown sugar, walnut, and ripe figs emerging in the mid-palate and a warm dried fruit and oak finish.
