
Ingredients
- 2 oz Penelope Bourbon
- 1 oz Blackberry syrup (recipe below)
- 2 oz Fresh Lemonade
- Blackberries and Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Preparation
- Make Blackberry syrup. Take 6 oz fresh blackberries, 3/4 c. sugar, and 1 c. simple syrup. Place blackberries and sugar in a mason jar and muddle. Add simple syrup and mix to combine. Chill. Strain prior to using.
- Place ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with fresh blackberries and sprig of rosemary
