Description
Aromas of pear, melon, honeysuckle, apple, and brioche fill the nose. The palate is bright, offering creamy texture and flavors reminiscent of crème brûlée. There are many rigorous challenges of growing fruit in a dramatically cold environment on the far western reaches of Sonoma County, but they are well worth the risk. The challenges of the Sonoma Coast produce wines with fully ripened fruitx0dx0aat lower brix, mature flavors, and tannins, that are balanced by a high acid profile.
