Ingredients

  • 2 oz Door County Distillery Cherry Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz honey syrup
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cherries 
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig and cherry for garnish

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle the cherries, mint, and honey syrup in a shaker
  2. Add the Door County Distillery Cherry Bourbon, lemon juice, and ice
  3. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
  4. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a cherry
