Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fieldnotes Organic Gin
  • 1 oz pear nectar
  • .5 oz sage syrup
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: Torched sage leaf, pear fan

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Pour in all liquids
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled
  4. Strain over fresh ice
  5. Garnish with a fan of thin pear slices
  6. Lightly torch a fresh sage leaf for a few seconds, then place alongside the pear fan
