Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Nowadays 5 mg
- ½ oz Blackberry Honey simple syrup
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
Preparation
- Make the Blackberry Honey simple syrup by muddling 1 cup of blackberries and adding 1 cup of honey to a pot. Stir, bring to a boil, strain into a jar and cool completely. Can be kept in the fridge for up to a week
- If you don’t want to make the syrup, use 1/4 oz of Real Blackberry and 1/4 oz of honey
- Add Nowadays, syrup and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with lemon peel and blackberry
