Ingredients
- 2 oz Penelope Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz Pure maple syrup
- 3-4 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Preparation
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, add bourbon, maple syrup and bitters
- Stir
- Pour into an Old Fashioned glass
- Garnish with an apple slice and star anise
