Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Penelope Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • .5 oz Pure maple syrup
  • 3-4 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, add bourbon, maple syrup and bitters
  2. Stir
  3. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass
  4. Garnish with an apple slice and star anise
